IDEMNITY FORM

I, the undersigned hereby certify and declare  that I am medically and physically fit to take part in the Labuan kayak Race 2005 and would also state that I am participating on my own free will.

I hereby discharge the organisers and any other individual or organisations directly or indirectly involve in the organising of the Labuan Round Island Kayak Race 2005 from any responsibility in the event of injury,death or loss of property incurred during, as a consequence of, whilst traveling to or from the event.

I hereby agree and acept:

1. The mandatory character of the Rules and Regulations of the organiser in their current
     version and as amended from time to time, and I agree to uphold and abide by them without
     reservation.
2. The obligation to respect fundamental ethical principles and to act within the implicit nature
    and intent of the organizer that is, to always compete/participate honorably and uphold the
    principles of good sportmanship, fair play and
    non-discrimination and to behave, in all circumstances, in an appropriate manner.
3. To grant the rights to the organizer and its affiliates to use our names and pictures to
    advance the interest of the sport of Kayak in Labuan.
4. That any personal behavior that could result in action being taken under the Organiser
    Disciplinary Committee is deemed to be not appropriate.
