Agency i. Applicant must be a company limited by shares incorporated in Malaysia under Malaysian Companies Act 1965. ii. The name of the company must be relevant and reflect the nature of the tourism and travel business. iii. Malaysian citizen (Warganegara Malaysia) - Non-bumiputra allowed to 100% shareholding. iv. Non-Malaysian citizen Foreign companies to re-structure ownership as follows: i) Minimum 30% Bumiputra ownership. ii) Maximum of 40% non-bumiputra ownership. iii) Foreigners ownership not exceeding 30%. |
