A month-long activities to celebrate the country's independence
and to promote national unity among the various races in
Malaysia. Highlights of the launching ceremony on 15th
August 2007 include an aerobic workout and bicycle convoy.
Stage shows, parade and fireworks are some of the excitements held
at the Labuan Square starting from National Day's Eve to 31st
August 2007. The closing ceremony on 16th September '07
offers a cultural treat with traditional music competition,
performing arts, traditional games and stage shows.
