1. All Competitors must be 18 years or above on the day of
competition.
2. All Competitors must wear the life jacket at all times
throughout the
competition.
3. All Competitors must display their competitor number at
all time during the competition.
4. All Competitors must pass all the Check Points along
the competition route. Failure to do so,
competitors will be disqualified.
5. Rescue Boat will be on standby to assist in case of
emergency and competitors are prohibited from
towing.
6. A non refundable deposit money of RM100.00 is
required for all protests to the organisers and all
decisions made by the organisers are final.
7. The organisers will not be held responsible for all
accidents, mishaps that occurred before, during and
after the event.
8. The organisers reserved the right to make changes to
the rules and regulations from time to time as
when deemed
necessary.
9. All Competitors are
to sign a liability release form/waiver on registration
for the competition.
