  RM50,000 up for grabs in Labuan events

  LABUAN:  More than RM50,000 in cash and prizes are up for grabs in the Round Island Kayak Race, Cross Channel Swimming and Underwater Treasure Hunt, three events of the Labuan Sea Challenge.

The Round Island Kayak race which covers about 50kms will be held on May 3, and it is a one day event.

There will be a men's singles, doubles and women doubles categories.

The competition, which offers more than RM30,000 in prizes, is expected to attract participants from here, Brunei, Sarawak and Sabah.

The 5.4 km Cross Channel Swimming which will be held on May 4 offers a total of RM6,700 in prizes.
